Video: 100% Certified Compostable / Biodegradable Pens

2 Mar

This is a guest post by John Simonetta, owner of Proforma Simonetta Freelance, an eco-friendly promotional items consultancy (see proformagreen.com). John’s blogs are designed to keep us up to date on the “greening” of his industry.

Sometimes it is not the Ecopreneurists out there leading the way. Sometimes it is the established brands in our industry like AshCity or Gemline making the most advances. Well not to be out done in the area of writing instruments Shepenco is continuing to expand their line of eco-friendly products.

Here is Shepenco President Dan Townes with a brief overview of the 2009 line.

As I have said before, changing the basic items used in the office each day is often the easiest way to go green. With over 75 years making writing tools, the eco-product line from Shepenco continues to deliver well made pens and pencils that write great, so changing from a traditional pen to a Shepenco green pen is absolutely painless.

If you are in the promotional items business contact Vicky Elmore, Sales & Marketing Director for Shepenco Pencil Co., Inc. or visit the Shepenco website for more information on these great products. If not contact info@proformagreen.com or your local promotional products vendor for pricing and information.
