At ASI I was told that the mat I was shown was made from bottle caps, the twist-off version from your standard water bottle. Water bottles, their caps, and other recycled plastics have all become ingredients in the RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) material being used throughout the promotional products industry on items from caps to water bottles.
